The Hydro Norsk trade fair stand at Aluminium Düsseldorf was designed to be as sustainable as possible. This also applied to the delicious Scandinavian dishes served to the guests.

Customers who want to know how much CO2 their trade fair catering generates can request a CO2 report from us. This report covers food, beverages, snacks, equipment, and staff, including travel to and from the venue.

It's done! Our first sustainability report in accordance with the German Sustainability Code (DNK) is complete.

From zero to four hundred - that's what it felt like for melles & stein to restart the trade fair industry in April 2022. From then on, it was hit after hit and there was hardly any time to catch our breath - let alone think about...

Before it got down to sustainable trade fair catering, Melles & Stein had set about determining its own ecological footprint.

Despite all the enthusiasm for our new path, the last three years at melles & stein have not been easy. First a two-year forced break and reinventing ourselves, then a rocket launch with a team that has since been cut in half.

2023 is a special year for us, as melles & stein celebrates its 25th anniversary.
