To ensure that you can rely on a real dream team at your event, we do a lot even before the trade fairs.
1. Training
The first step for our "newcomers" is the Melles & Stein training course. Here we test existing knowledge and teach the optimum behaviour for each area of application (from service rules to communication theory).The participants put their newly acquired knowledge into practice in practical exercises. Immediately after the training, all participants receive a comprehensive, individual assessment.
2. Briefing
Before each assignment, our teams meet with our project teams for a briefing. Everything important about the trade fair, the exhibitor, the visitors and the upcoming tasks is discussed here. This ensures that everything runs smoothly from the very first minute.
3. Evaluation
Even our tried-and-tested hostesses and hosts have to constantly prove themselves anew. There is an evaluation after every assignment: from our head hostesses and hosts, our project team and our customers. This way, our booking department always knows who is best suited for which assignments.
4. Chief-Hostess workshop
Our chief hostesses and hosts have a very special responsibility at trade fairs. We prepare our junior managers for all tasks in a special one-day workshop.
A lot of appointments before things really get going? That's right, but we like to take this time to get to know our hostesses and hosts as well as possible and to get them used to the Melles & Stein feeling.
